ON THE HILLS online preview
Daniel dozed for a while longer as if to regain what was lost in the
turbulent night until the brightness of the new sun filled his bedroom
along with the cool morning air. The cat finally yielded and was back
to her vigil on the bed. "Sweet is the light", Daniel mumbled.

Cat Delight". His princess was waiting patiently at the bowl. "I'll
be content with you", Daniel added stroking the fur, running his
finger beneath its chin.
